Susan Spero

Susan is the principal and founder of Spero & Company Consultants. She has 30 years of experience as an organization consultant, seminar presenter, keynote speaker, classroom teacher, and manager in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education at the University of Michigan, and her Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She has worked with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations that range in size from five to 50,000 employees.

Her hobbies include choral singing, photography, and travel. She has held a variety of volunteer positions in the Denver area. She speaks French, Spanish and, on a good day, English!
